FTA VAT registration in Dubai or any other emirate requires a set of documents while conducting VAT registration.
- Copy of the company’s trade license
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Articles of Association
- Certificate of Power of Attorney
- Description of business activities
- Passport copy or Emirates ID for the authorized representative
- Turnover since the date of incorporation
